As reported by Gulte, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy said, "Allu Arjun was asked not to come to the theatre, but he did anyway. His open top car show drove huge crowds, which resulted in the death of a mother named Revathi while her son is battling for his life. When the police intimated Allu Arjun about this, he still insisted on watching the film This is purely an act of ignorance and negligence." "They are proudly saying that their film collected ₹2000 crore and 3000 crore. In that case, why can't they pay the family of the deceased at least ₹20 crore? This is my demand to Arjun, and the makers of that film to pay the family ₹20 crore." Komatireddy added. As per the video, the actor was escorted out by the deputy commissioner of police (DCP) and the assistant commissioner of police (ACP), and other officers, contradictory to his claim that he left the spot shortly after his manager informed him about the overcrowding. As per the footage released, the video with timestamps indicated that the actor remained in the theatre until nearly midnight, alleging that he ignored police requests to leave. In the video presentation, the police displayed a letter they had sent to the theatre management, instructing them not to allow Allu Arjun or the film crew to attend the show.
